Wahoos Fish Tacos :}

Today in my marketing class we were introduced to the 4P's of marketing. They are product, price, place, and promotion. Then we watched a video about 3 brothers who have become successful entrepreneurs. Our assignment is to answer some questions about them and illustrate how they mix the 4P's in their company, called Wahoo's Fish Taco.
The 3 brothers came up with a plan to give out free food in a way to promote it to the people. They attended places like surfing, and rock climing events.They gave out tuns of free food and it got out to many people,new customers like rock climers were satisfy with the way their food taste.
Blending the 4p's together they combined their love of surf and food to create a restaurant with an eclectic Mexican/Brazilian/Asian menu and a Hawaiian north-shore vibe.Niche Marketing is the stragedy they use focussing on satisfying a group of people like surfers and people who do extream sports.
They have great employers that have been working for the company for a long time, the employers understand the routine.All the employers know how the restaurant runs. Wing, Ed and Mingo trusth their employers,therefor finding it easy to make one of them a manager, knowing the employers have the loyalty and resposability they need to be in charge of a restaurant.
The wahoo's restaurants created a thing called the 10 second rule where they need to take the order in 10seconds,they also need to ask their client their order and name in 10seconds.The 10 second rule is a MUST, meaning it is not an opption, everything had to be done in 10s or less exept when it comes to cooking the food.This has help them alot because people know that at wahoo's they get good service making them feel comfterbale causing the customers to keep coming.
