Based on my reserch companies will gather the information and leard that generation Y is really into techology, everything around them revolves in technology. i think they can communicate threw technology like making new appps or even showing them new and faster way to use technology.
I would use facebook because everyone is using it , and i would show them a new and better way like an upgrated Facebook. Generation Y always wants to be on top of everything so even the little changes are big because they always want to be upgrated.

Distribution
In sports marketing we are learning about distribution. Distribution is determining the best way to get a company's products or services to customers.Today we had to get our products , Salt and Water from point a to point b.My teamates i and i planed to distribute the salt first and than the water our plan was succesfull altough we had a few opsticles in the way we deliverd our product safe.
Its very inportant to have a good distribution because it can determine wether you make or lose money.
